Hwarang Ceremony was named to trace the roots back through the history of the old hwarang system of Silla and its spirit of national defense. The cadets in full parade gear meet on Hwarang Parade Ground every Friday afternoon reflecting on their past week and planning ahead for the upcoming week by replenishing their will to fulfill their purpose as KMA cadets.
